Painting my way through creativity, one honest sketchbook page at a time.
I'm a watercolor artist and sketchbook painter based in Cape Town, South Africa.
My work lives less in finished, framed pieces and more in the everyday practice of showing up to a blank page — the loose florals, the abandoned attempts, the ones that finally click.
I believe creativity isn't a talent some people have and others don't — it's a practice, and sketchbooks are where that practice actually happens. Most of what I share is process rather than polish: real watercolor sessions, real doubt, and the small decisions that turn a blank page into something true.
You can follow the full journey on YouTube, where I post process videos and a documented series following a real creative and financial goal — painting my way toward buying a house, one piece at a time. It's not a highlight reel. It's the actual work.
